Cinnamon for coffee

I have frequently been looking for new ingredients to add in my beverages so as to increase its nutrition and health benefits. My previous blog on Ginger for green tea strongly highlights this. Amongst my research I have found a suitable ingredient that can be added to coffee which can greatly increases its nutrition. Cinnamon is best known for its high levels of antioxidants that are able to help prevent cancer, help slow Neurodegenerative diseases, lower blood sugar and can help prevent heart disease by attacking free radicals within cells that damages its proper functioning (Joe Leech, Master’s degree in nutrition and diabetics, 2018).

Not only do I recommend cinnamon because of its health benefits but I also recommend it because of its great taste and aroma. Even just a pinch of cinnamon can greatly increase its flavour and smell. You can use any type of cinnamon, whether it be in a tea bag or just ground cinnamon; I prefer to use ground cinnamon because of its accessibility.

As well as adding cinnamon to benefit your nutritional health try adding some of God’s word to benefit your spiritual life, which is able to benefit all aspects of your life. This is clearly said in John 11:25 – 26:

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?
