You may use eggs for a variety of things: in recipes, a part of breakfasts or just on their own. However eggs actually provide many nutritional benefits that does not only supply you with amble amount of vitamins but also helps prevent heart disease.
Firstly, eggs are well known for their high levels of protein, about 6 grams per egg, which greatly supports muscle building from doing exercise. Secondly eggs contain many vitamins and minerals such as Selenium, vitamin D, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron, copper that can greatly support a healthy diet (BBC foods, 2018). Lastly, a recent study by scientists in China suggest that eating one egg a day may reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.
