In this New Year’s Eve don’t get drunk which leads to stupidness and headaches, but rather be filled with the Spirit tonight in prayer. Tonight, reflect on the year passing and thank God for all his miracles provided for you during the year quickly passing.

For each exercise do: One set warm-up at 50%. Two sets of 6 – 10 reps to failure.
